  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    What happnes if I cancel my booking?
    Cancellation is allowed but due to the inconvenience caused, $10 will be fined and money refunded in a period of two weeks. Please contact the Reservations Department on: +256 777 107 670.
  • CAR PARKING
    Am I allowed to park my car at the apartment premises? Is it safe to park there?
    We have an ample and secure parking space at the premises. We have security that ensures that your car is safe as you left it.
  • CHILDREN / EXTRA BEDS
    Are children allowed?
    We have two bedrooms for each apartment. Our apartment accommodates at least 3 adults and 2 children.
  • CONGESTION CHARGE
    What happens if there is congestion in the apartment?
    The congestion charge/ fine is $30 per person. The apartment strictly accommodates 3 adults and two children.
  • GROUP BOOKINGS
    Are group bookings conducted differently to regular bookings?
    On the bookings page, you can always book more than two rooms and then check out at payment.
  • ROOM CAPACITIES
    What is the room capacity?
    The 2-bedroom apartments accommodate a total of 3 adults and 2 children.
  • WI-FI
    Is there Wi-Fi connection?
    We provide unlimited Wi-Fi connection 24/7 throughout your stay.
  • TRANSPORT
    Do you provide transport?
    We do not provide transport. We can only assist with getting you transport arrangements
