Terms and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after a deposit payment or full payment has been made.
- Deposit Payment: A minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in.
- Congestion Fine: A congestion fine of $30 per person will be charged for exceeding the maximum occupancy limit of the apartment.
- Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled after payment has been made, a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total booking cost will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made through our online payment gateway or offline payment methods as detailed on our website.
By making a booking with Butterfly Apartments Uganda, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking or additional charges.
